Oct 27, 2007 - Level 1 Initiation
Oct 28, 2007 - Level 2 Associate
Nov 10, 2007 - Level 3 Intermediate

Background Check - Online Screening Process - Screenings are valid for three years. Anyone completing a background check last year does not need to re-apply for the background screening.
